Refund policy
Each item is printed or embroidered after you order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size choice or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering — message us if you're unsure. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@mutualaidsupply.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they're sent to production.
**Lost or missing packages.** If tracking shows your order was lost in transit or hasn't moved for an unusual period, contact us and we'll help resolve it with the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first, then reach out and we'll review case by case.
**Address accuracy.** Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to refund or replace it.
**International orders.** International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
