Our Story
For the ones who show up
Mutual Aid Supply Co. started in a firehouse. It was founded by a volunteer firefighter and AEMT — someone who runs both the fire calls and the medical calls. After work. After midnight. After everyone else has gone home.
It began as a reaction to the usual stuff: gear that's all skulls, flames, and chest-thumping, like the job's about looking hard instead of just showing up when the tones drop. So we made the opposite — honest, well-made apparel with the restraint the work actually carries. No tactical cosplay. No hero slogans.
One family
"Mutual aid" isn't just a name. It's how public safety works — crews backing crews across every line and jurisdiction, no one keeping score. The engine and the medic. The squad car. The dispatcher in the dark. The emergency manager. The utility crew keeping the lines safe. Different patches, same long nights.
We're firehouse-born, and made with respect for the whole public-safety family — the people who keep showing up, in every role, when it matters.
Wear it forward
A portion of every order funds practical gear for under-resourced crews — starting with the volunteer and rural fire and EMS outfits we know best, making do with too little. Actual gear, put back on real crews. After each round, we publish what we bought and what it cost.
You wear it. We help outfit the ones who show up.
