Sizing
Start with the garment named on your product page. The charts below apply to the named Comfort Colors styles. Other garments may fit differently; use the product-specific chart when provided.
Most of our tees are garment-dyed Comfort Colors 1717 — 100% ring-spun cotton, a heavyweight 6.1 oz fabric with a relaxed, true-to-size unisex fit that softens with every wash. A few department and heritage tees use a lighter classic 100% cotton tee (about 180 g/m²); the fit is noted on those product pages.
Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat, in inches. Chest is measured pit-to-pit; length from the high point of the shoulder to the hem. Measurements can vary; check the garment-specific guidance below.

Relaxed fit. Compare these measurements with a favorite tee laid flat. Width is measured across the shirt, not around your chest. Measurements are approximate; the supplier lists a size tolerance of 1.5 inches.
Our On Shift graphic tees use this Comfort Colors 1717 fit in Black, S–3XL. Each tee has a full back illustration and a Mutual Aid Supply crest on the left chest.

Heavyweight 9.5 oz garment-dyed fleece, 80% ring-spun cotton / 20% polyester, with a relaxed, roomy fit.

One size, adjustable — structured, dad-hat, and trucker styles all have an adjustable closure to fit most.
Fabric & care
Garment-dyed cotton has a soft, lived-in, washed look from day one. It is pre-shrunk, but to keep the color rich and the fit consistent: machine wash cold, inside-out, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. A little extra softening over time is normal — it is part of how these wear in.
Sticker sizes & finishes
Check the size and finish selected on each sticker product before adding it to your cart. Size names describe the maximum print area; the finished sticker follows the shape of its artwork.

Shipping
Everything is made to order and printed in the U.S. — nothing sits in a warehouse. Orders are typically produced in 2-5 business days, then ship tracked. U.S. sticker orders ship for $3.99 under $15 and free at $15+. Other products use rates shown at checkout; mixed-product carts may ship separately.
Custom station wear needs proof approval before production. Production typically takes 2–5 business days after approval, followed by tracked shipping. Revisions or delayed approval extend the timeline. Read the custom order policy, and contact us before ordering for an event with your quantity, delivery ZIP code and needed-by date.
Returns & exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the product-specific size chart before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact support@mutualaidsupply.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our return and refund policy.
